Captured Moments will be exhibited in BayArt, Cardiff, September 10th - 24th alongside works architects, Rhian Thomas, Dow Jones, HASSELL, Victoria Coombs and Wayne Forster in an exhibition which will explore environmental stimuli and capture transient moments. Exploring glass s inherent ability to transmit, reflect and absorb light, my work presents a series of captured shadows and refracting light. Captured Moments explores the effects of light and glass. Highly polished clear pieces of glass are mounted in bespoke viewing boxes and lit LED lights at slight variances of angles. The light is refracted through the glass and the shadows are captured in the boxes; as distinct as drawing on a page.
